May 2020 - Current
As a Senior Product Designer at T2, my role focuses on enriching our players’ multi-platform social experiences for AAA games. I was responsible for designing the end-to-end flows for multiple high-complexity products such as the 2K identity, T2 Social SDK, and 2K Launcher.
Collaborating closely with our labels (2K, Rockstar Games, Private Division, Zynga), I lead user research to enhance the overall experience and bridge the insights gap between different teams.
January 2018 - April 2020
As the Design Lead at Battlefy, I was responsible for ensuring a seamless and consistent tournament experience across all touchpoints of a competitive player's journey. I also led the design of two successful mobile apps from the ground up (140k+ downloads) that ultimately enhanced the player's experience. When I wasn't designing, I spent my time mentoring two product designers in the team.
I spearheaded key user research initiatives that provided deep insights into both casual and competitive players' behaviors, motivations, frustrations, and needs. These findings directly informed and shaped the overall product strategy.
June 2014 - December 2017
As the Product Design Lead for the Unbounce Content Builder, I was responsible for delivering features that empowered marketers to create and execute successful campaigns. I also led the design of Unbounce Academy, a self-service customer education platform that significantly reduced the volume of support tickets for our Customer Success teams. Additionally, we conducted a nationwide ethnographic study, uncovering valuable insights such as user archetypes and experience principles. These insights became key reference points across the company, guiding how we communicated with and built products for our customers.
